What do I need to send you
Footage in a single project folder with clear scene folders. Include a music brief, reference videos, and any notes about moments that matter.
How do I deliver the files
Upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame io. Keep original file names. Send one link to the root folder.
What formats do you accept
Most camera codecs from Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, Panasonic. Frame rates 23.976 to 60. If you shot variable frame rate on phones, export fixed frame rate proxies first.
Do you work with proxies
Yes. I generate proxies for speed and keep full-res for the final render. If you already created proxies, include both and keep identical folder structure.
Turnaround time
Highlights 3 to 7 days after I receive all assets. Full documentary edit 10 to 20 business days. Rush is available on request.
How many revisions are included
Two revision rounds for highlights and one for the documentary cut. Additional changes are billed hourly.
What if the story needs more footage
I flag gaps early with exact timecodes and suggestions for B-roll or stills. You decide how to proceed.
Color grading
Included basic correction and matching. Film grade or look development is available as an add-on.
Audio cleanup and music
Dialogue cleanup and noise reduction included. Music is licensed from your account or mine at cost. I handle timing and beat cuts.
Captions and subtitles
Available for social media, short form, and the full film. Provide your preferred language and style guide.
Deliverables
Highlights in vertical and horizontal, teaser if requested, and a full ceremony or documentary cut. Masters in ProRes or high bitrate H264 plus social media versions.
Backup policy
I keep project files for 60 days after delivery. Long-term archival is available as an add-on.
Can you work with my LUTs or presets
Yes. Send the LUT or preset with a short note on intent. I still balance skin tones and white balance.
Payment terms
Fifty percent to book, fifty percent on first cut delivery. Secure invoice with card or bank transfer.
Rights and usage
You retain rights to the footage. I may show edited excerpts in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
What if the couple changes their mind later
I keep the timeline organized so re-edits months later are efficient. Re-open fee plus hourly applies.
